Description
On August 27, 1967, a Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) guerilla unit was massacred by the National Guard at Pancasan in the department of Matagalpa. Several leading heroes of the FSLN were killed, including founding member Silvio Mayorga. The group had to scale back its activities for a few years afterwards. This poster commemorates the twelfth anniversary of the incident.
