Description
The Popular Education Collective (CEP) enhanced primary school and educational centers to promote programs such as the Basic Adult Education program. The goal was to continue promoting adult education after the Literary Crusade of 1980. By 1983, there were over 17,000 CEPs across Nicaragua.
